The Main Organizing Committee of the Discover Me Football Challenge Cup are calling for entries from Private Schools in Agege that are interested in featuring in season 1 of the grassroots football competition.
The tournament is strictly for pupils currently in primary school and not above the age of 10 at the date of commencement of the football event.
The tournament retains the 16-team format with players from other Keke, Ashade, Sango and Ajegunle coming together to compete for the trophy.
According to organising committee, the preliminaries would be played on knock-out basis and the deadline for collection of forms is December 22, 2023.
Schools within the four communities in Agege, namely Keke Ashade, Sango and Ajegunle can pick up application forms either at Discover Me Football Challenge office or online.
The tournament is scheduled for December 22, 2023 to January 28, 2024.
The tournament which is aimed at discovering young talents and promoting the game of football at the grassroots level is a corporate social responsibility programme of the progressive youth Keke Agege.
